We service B2B Software companies. These companies are under enormous pressure to grow and scale. Unfortunately (and ironically), the internal software tools that they have historically used to help scale their growth are expensive, they don’t integrate, and they don’t provide the information needed to make data-driven decisions about the business. We are unapologetically a ‘lifestyle’ business driven by values. That means doing what is right for our customers, treating employees with respect, and providing what they deserve.

We founded TekStack from Toronto, ON, Canada. Our customers are located in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Most of our developers are based in Portugal. All this to say that from Day One, we were setup to build our company as a remote working culture. We can hire from Toronto, or anywhere else in Canada. We could consider the right candidate from the US as well.
Our Hiring Process
It’s important for both of us that TekStack
is the right fit for your next career leap.
- 1 We contact strong-fit applicants for a 20 minutes phone interview.
- 2 After a successful phone interview, and if there is
mutual interest, we setup a remote two hour interview where you will speak with the hiring manager, and at least one of our Founders.
- 3 Successful candidates will be contacted to prepare a case study exercise and present to a small group including the hiring manager.
- 4 A verbal offer is discussed and prepared for signing contingent on successful reference checks.
