Run your Microsoft practice
on Microsoft.
Right-sized.
Your partner benefits give you access to enterprise CRM and PSA tools. But enterprise tools weren't built for a 20 to 200 person practice. TekStack gives Microsoft Partners a fully featured, pre-configured, fully supported platform that actually fits how you work.
Your partner benefits
came with a catch.
Microsoft's Internal Use Rights give partners access to Dynamics 365 for Sales and other enterprise tools at low cost. In theory, that's a great deal. In practice, you end up with an enterprise platform designed for a 5,000-person company with no pre-configuration, no PSA, no support, and an implementation cost that rivals the license discount you thought you were getting.
The alternative — Salesforce or HubSpot — means running your Microsoft practice on a non-Microsoft platform, paying full enterprise pricing, and answering awkward questions from clients who wonder why you don't use what you sell.
TekStack is purpose-built for Microsoft Partners. The same Microsoft platform your clients run — Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Entra — but pre-configured, right-sized, fully supported, and ready to go in weeks, not months.
Dynamics 365 via partner benefits
Enterprise software with no pre-configuration, no PSA, no support included, and an implementation project that takes 6 to 12 months. Often costs more than the license discount. Built for companies 10x your size.
Salesforce or HubSpot
Full enterprise pricing, no Microsoft integration depth, and the uncomfortable reality of running your Microsoft practice on a competitor's platform. Hard to explain to clients. Harder to justify internally.
TekStack — built for Microsoft Partners
The same Microsoft platform your clients trust — Dataverse, Power Platform, Entra — pre-configured for a 20 to 200 person practice, fully featured, fully supported, and live in weeks. Implementation included. No SI fees.
The challenges Microsoft
Partners know too well.
Microsoft Partners are building and delivering technology for clients while trying to run a practice that's growing faster than their back-office can keep up with. The friction is almost always the same.
Your IUR Dynamics instance is half-configured and barely used
Enterprise CRM without pre-built processes takes months to get right. So it sits at 20% adoption while the team defaults to spreadsheets and Outlook.
- Pre-configured out of the box for B2B technology companies
- Purpose-built data model, no blank-canvas implementation required
- Live in weeks with full adoption support included
- Same Microsoft stack your team already knows, zero retraining overhead
CRM and PSA are separate systems that don't talk to each other
When a deal closes, someone manually creates the project, re-enters the scope, and the data trail snaps. Finance is always reconciling two systems that should be one.
- CRM, PSA, Help Desk, Billing, and Reporting in one platform
- Deal-to-project handoff built into workflow, no re-keying
- One client record from first opportunity to final invoice
- Native Business Central integration for accounting
Services margins are invisible until month-end
Project profitability is hard to track when time entry is inconsistent, billing lags delivery, and utilization data lives in a PSA that doesn't connect to finance.
- Live project margin — budget vs. actuals vs. forecast in real time
- Utilization tracked across all consultants and all client engagements
- Billing connected directly to approved time, no leakage
- Practice area profitability dashboards in Power BI, out of the box
Renewals and recurring revenue aren't managed proactively
Without a central renewal view, contracts lapse, auto-renew at the wrong tier, or get renegotiated without proper context. Revenue that should be predictable feels fragile.
- Renewal dashboard with every expiring contract, health score, and owner
- Automated renewal workflows triggered well before expiry
- Upsell pipeline tracked alongside renewals for every account
- Client health scores surface at-risk accounts proactively
Clients are asking about AI and your own operations aren't using it
Many Partners are running their own operations on tools that treat AI as a future roadmap item. The credibility gap shows up in sales conversations when clients ask what you're running internally.
- AI agents in Teams — Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, MCP Server
- ~80% of routine operational interactions automated
- Official Dataverse MCP Server, GA, works with Claude and GitHub Copilot
- Show clients a working AI-native operation they can learn from
Your clients hold you to their security standards. Does your platform meet them?
If your own CRM and PSA data sits in a third-party vendor cloud, that's a security story you have to explain, especially with regulated enterprise clients.
- All data in your Microsoft tenant, governed by Microsoft Entra
- Six-layer security model including row-level and column-level controls
- Audit-ready through Microsoft's native audit framework
- Same security posture you implement for clients, applied to your own ops

We've done this
more than 50 times.
Moving off Dynamics 365 for Sales is one of the most common migrations we handle, and we've built a repeatable process around it. Whether you're on an under-adopted IUR instance or a fully configured Dynamics deployment, we know where the data lives, how to move it cleanly, and how to get your team productive on TekStack in weeks.
Migration is included in every TekStack subscription. No separate project fee. No partner markup.
Discovery & data audit
We review your existing Dynamics instance — accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, and custom entities — and build a migration map. No surprises on day one.
Data cleanse & migration
Historical data is cleaned, de-duplicated, and migrated to TekStack's data model. You keep your history without inheriting your old system's mess.
Configuration & integration
TekStack is configured for your specific practice — deal stages, billing models, project templates, and Business Central integration — based on how your team actually works.
Go-live & adoption
Parallel testing, team training, and a phased go-live with your dedicated support team on standby. Unlimited support continues after go-live, no ticket quotas.
Built for your size.
Not theirs.

Show clients what
AI-native looks like.
Microsoft Partners are helping clients adopt Copilot, Azure AI, and Copilot Studio every day. TekStack lets you run your own operations on the same AI stack — so when clients ask what you use internally, the answer demonstrates your expertise.
Teams agents handle ~80% of routine interactions
Flows embedded directly in Teams automate project updates, time entry prompts, approval requests, and status checks — without anyone on your team needing to open TekStack. The same automation patterns you implement for clients, running your own practice.
Official Dataverse MCP Server — GA now
All TekStack data is available through the official Dataverse MCP Server — the same server your clients' Dynamics environments use. Connect Claude, GitHub Copilot, or any LLM for full CRUD on your operational data, inside your Microsoft tenant.
Build practice-specific agents in Copilot Studio
Design agents for your specific workflows — project status summaries, renewal alerts, utilization reports, client QBR prep — using the same Copilot Studio tooling you're delivering to clients. Your own practice becomes your best reference implementation.
TekStack Agent answers questions in Teams in real time
Your team can query pipeline, project health, utilization, or client history directly in Teams chat. The agent updates records without switching to a separate application — and the interaction patterns are exactly what you can show clients as a working reference.

Questions Microsoft Partners
ask us most.
We already have Dynamics 365 via our IUR benefits. Why would we switch?
IUR gives you access to a license, not a working system. Dynamics 365 for Sales is an enterprise product that requires months of configuration, a separate PSA tool, a separate help desk, and an SI partner to implement — none of which is covered by your IUR benefit. TekStack is pre-configured for Microsoft Partners, includes PSA, billing, help desk, and Power BI out of the box, and comes with full implementation and ongoing support included. Most Partners who've tried the IUR route get productive faster with TekStack, at lower total cost.
How does the Dynamics 365 migration work?
We've completed over 50 Dynamics 365 for Sales migrations. The process covers a full data audit of your existing instance, data cleanse and migration of accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, and any custom entities, configuration of TekStack for your practice, Business Central integration, and a phased go-live with parallel testing. Migration is included in every subscription — there is no separate project fee.
Does TekStack use the same Microsoft Dataverse that Dynamics 365 runs on?
Yes. TekStack is built natively on Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse — the same underlying platform as Dynamics 365. The difference is that TekStack is pre-configured and right-sized for a 20 to 200 person services business, where Dynamics 365 is an enterprise product that requires extensive configuration to get to the same outcome. Your IT team already knows the platform.
How deep is the Business Central integration?
TekStack has a native two-way integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Approved invoices from TekStack flow to Business Central automatically — no re-keying, no manual reconciliation. Revenue recognition, WIP, and deferred revenue are calculated in TekStack and synced automatically, so your finance team and delivery team always see the same numbers.
As a Microsoft Partner, can we use TekStack as a reference implementation for clients?
Many Partners do exactly this. Because TekStack runs on the same Microsoft stack — Dataverse, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI — your own operating environment demonstrates to clients what a well-implemented Microsoft platform looks like in a services business. The AI capabilities in particular — Teams-embedded agents, the official MCP Server, Copilot Studio agents — are directly aligned with what Partners are selling to clients today.
Why not just use HubSpot? It's simpler and we're familiar with it.
HubSpot is a strong marketing and CRM tool, but it doesn't include PSA, project delivery, or subscription billing — which are essential for a services business. It also has limited Microsoft 365 integration depth, doesn't run on Microsoft's data platform, and has no native Teams integration or MCP Server. For a Microsoft Partner specifically, running on HubSpot creates an alignment gap with the platform you're selling — one that shows up in client conversations.
